Mrs. Lan Nguyen has over 15 years of experience in the field of gender and development. She is currently a lecturer at the Vietnam Women’s Academy, teaching courses on gender, development, and social inclusion. Her research interests include gender stereotypes, women’s empowerment, gender and technology, and GESI in environmental and climate change issues. She has worked as a consultant for various organizations such as UN Women, World Economic Forum, WWF, and Care International, providing technical support and conducting research on topics like ending violence against women, gender equality in plastic waste value chains, and well-being of female workers in the garment sector. Additionally, she has experience in project planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as fundraising and communications.
