Using tools like process mapping, VietED is able to provide the clients with useful insights into the operational risks and inefficiencies. We then work with the clients to re-engineer the processes which often results in either saved turn-around time, reduced human resources and/or improved client satisfaction.
For the MFI, this may mean quicker loans to the clients while for the SME and farmer cooperatives this may mean reduced inventories, improved cost efficiency and reduced operating expenses.
