Hamidah Rina Mantiri is an Indonesian female consultant and researcher with a strong focus on market research in the fields of microfinance, financial inclusion, and digital financial systems. Hamidah holds a Certified Expert in Microfinance E-Learning Course certification from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. She also has a Master of Management degree, specializing in Human Resources and Organization, from Gadjah Mada University. With a wealth of experience, Hamidah has worked as a consultant for organizations such as MicroSave Consulting, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and PT RISE Indonesia. Her responsibilities have included conducting diagnostic assessments, in-depth interviews, and research projects on various aspects of financial inclusion, digital payments, and credit unions across different regions of Indonesia, including Balikpapan, Makassar, Palembang, Medan, Surabaya, and West Kalimantan.
